1. Introduction
Parties: This Agreement governs the relationship between hubsell, a company registered in Germany, and each participant (“you”) who registers for hubsell’s affiliate program.
Acceptance: By participating in the hubsell affiliate program, you are agreeing to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Affiliate Portal & Tracking
After approval as a hubsell affiliate, you will receive a unique affiliate link to promote hubsell’s services.
Tracking: Visits via this link will set a cookie in the visitor’s browser with your affiliate ID. The cookie is valid for 90 days.
A commission-able action (“Qualifying Transaction”) is attributed based on this cookie.
3. Commissions
Rate: You will earn a 10% commission on the revenue paid in the first 12 months by a customer referred via your link.
Adjustment: hubsell reserves the right to amend commission levels at its discretion and will notify affiliates of such changes.
4. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid as hubsell receives payment from customers, requiring an invoice from you once your commission exceeds €100.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
You may not use advertisements or aim to rank on hubsell’s branded keywords to generate leads.
Adhere to all applicable laws and hubsell’s brand guidelines.
6. Company Obligations
hubsell is not obligated to provide affiliates with marketing materials or additional support.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use the hubsell logo provided, adhering to brand guidelines.
8. Termination and Suspension
hubsell may terminate your agreement immediately. Rights to commissions for leads provided before termination will remain intact.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
This agreement is governed by German law, and disputes shall be resolved under the rules of the German Institution of Arbitration.
10. Modifications
hubsell reserves the right to modify these terms or any aspect of the affiliate program at its discretion, with prior notice provided.
11. Liability
hubsell’s liability is limited to the total commission paid to you in the 12 months before any claim.

13. Miscellaneous
This document represents the entire agreement between hubsell and the affiliate. Any changes or waivers must be in writing.
